Personal Leadership Philosophy

Throughout my years working on my leadership skills, it has led me to develop my own leadership philosophy. I believe I can help inspire change and guide people to become leaders themselves by being my honest and true self. Everyone has a role in enacting change, and it is those who choose to do good that are truly leaders. I will respect my team, their ideas, and criticism with open arms. I believe everyone has a voice and should be heard from. I will behave with thoughtfulness, empathy, honesty, and passion. I will continue to be the most authentic version of myself and work on projects related to my goals and beliefs. Most of all, I will continue to learn and develop my awareness of how I lead.
