Reflection

Gathering my experiences, involvement, leadership beliefs, values, and goals helps me align everything with my career aspirations. I have taken many steps in my life to propel me on the path of my profession. From participating in events that reflect my values to obtaining leadership roles in my desired area, it has allowed me to get experience and knowledge about the industry. In addition, the hospitality and sports industry prides itself on the importance of connections to your success, therefore I have been able to gather many connections over my career. The knowledge and experience I have obtained has put me on the right path of obtaining my degree in order to create events for not-for-profit organizations in the sports industry.
