About Me
I was born and raised in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey until I was 18 years of age. When I graduated high school, my family and I moved to Cape Coral, Florida. I had a very amazing childhood and would not trade it for the world. Growing up, my loving parents taught my brother and I to be compassionate, empathetic, and hardworking individuals, which has led me to where I am today.
As I entered into high school, I put what I was taught into perspective. I joined many clubs, holding many leadership positions, and volunteered at many events and organizations. I was President of Student Council and Manager of the Girl's Basketball team at my school. During my sophomore year, I participated and organized in the Eagles Autism Challenge. This jumpstarted my passion of using the platform of sports to do good in the community.
After graduating in the top 15% of my high school class in 2020, I attended the University of Central Florida as a first-generation college student. I am majoring in Event Management, minoring in Sport Business Management, and obtaining a certificate in Managing Sporting Events. I have been a very active citizen in my community with over 100 hours of service. I am also participating in clubs and organizations like LEAD Scholars, Sports TEAM Society, Association of Bridal Consultants, and the TRI Alpha First-generation National Honor Society. I hold the current secretary position of the Sports TEAM Society and I am the student lead on a committee creating an event to benefit the 2022 USA Special Olympics Games.
My future goals are to graduate UCF in Spring of 2024, obtain a job creating charity events in the sports industry, continue to learn and grow as a leader, and inspire others to take part in social change.
